Guest Relation Executive Job

Zivaya is a leading chain of spas and wellness centers across India. At our location in Ahmedabad, we are looking for someone to be responsible for guest engagement, loyalty, and added business at the spa outlet.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, willingness to talk to the guests in the lobby and restaurant area make them aware of the wellness programs of the spa and also manage the front desk. Familiarity with event organization, knowledge of who's in the city, and ability to connect with groups to ultimately help in increasing sales at the wellness outlet.

Key responsibilities:

1. Helping with walk-ins
2. Visiting the lobby & reception area & interact with guests
3. Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
4. Handling all customer enquiries and bookings in an accurate and efficient manner
5. Following up with member package
6. Answering telephone calls and respond to email enquiries
7. Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests
8. Ensuring smooth running of operations
9. Helping in maintaining cleanliness
10. Facilitating monthly sales reports and providing clerical support to the team

1. Proactiveness and a sense of ownership are preferred
2. Previous experience in selling memberships is preferred
3. Active involvement in center & marketing activities, mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated, and independent
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, and typing skills
