Politics for Impact is seeking a talented and motivated graphic designer to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for designing visual content that will be used for promotional and communication purposes. The ideal candidate should possess creative skills, have a passion for design, and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design creative and compelling graphics for print and digital media, including posters, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, and other marketing collaterals
2. Understand and interpret clients' needs to create visuals that align with their messaging and brand image
3. Work with the team to develop and implement design strategies that meet clients' objectives
4. Create and maintain design files, archives, and records of all graphics produced
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to enhance design quality and efficiency
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, is preferred but not mandatory
2. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
3. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
5. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
6. A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
7. A passion for design and an eagerness to learn and grow

Impact Fellowship is a 1 year, 360-degree election campaign fellowship with Politics for Impact.
We work with diverse leaders, including Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu (Purdue alum, youngest Sansad Ratna Award winner, and youngest National General Secretary of TDP & TDP Lok Sabha Floor Leader), Sri Bharat Mathukumilli (Purdue alum, Stanford MBA, President of GITAM University, founder of Kautilya School of Public Policy, and TDP Vizag parliament in charge), and Harish Balayogi (son of ex-Lok Sabha speaker Mr. GMC Balayogi, MP contestant from Amalapuram, dedicated to fulfilling his father's unfinished duties for Konaseema's development, and aims for positive change & public service).
