Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize design projects, coordinate with creative teams, and work on their execution
2. Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion
3. Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval
4. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
5. Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company decks, brochures, whitepapers, and website designing
6. Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary
7. Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations
8. Choose the right images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project
9. Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
10. Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
11. Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
12. Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices

Skills & Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with conceptualizing design projects, coordinating with creative teams, and working on their execution
2. Bachelor's degree is a must
3. Minimum 1-year experience as a graphic designer in a similar industry
4. A good portfolio of past design and creative projects
5. Expert with Adobe Illustrator
6. Good command of design techniques and visual elements
7. Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
8. Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills
9. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
