As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for delivering full-fledged scalable web applications with state-of-art technologies and tools. The job requires you to work closely with the product and campaign teams to design web dashboard architecture.
The job requires you to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile, and challenging environment, and provide regular updates. The position requires day-to-day interaction with other internal teams to understand the requirements and deliver technical solutions within a challenging deadline.
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing front-end and backend website architecture and designing user interactions on web pages
2. Designing and developing robust RESTful APIs and other interfaces for the users to interact with the apps
3. Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Ensuring cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of web dashboards and applications
5. Developing hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintaining technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses
6. Coordinating the beta testing of new products and features
Bachelor’s or a master’s degree (preferably in computer science or a related field) in computer science, a related technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience from IIT
Experience in front-end as well as back-end development for web applications
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python and PHP
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Familiarity with database technology such as relational and non-relational database
Knowledge and practical experience in WordPress, customizing WordPress themes, and troubleshooting
Experience in designing and developing responsive design websites
Good knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, etc.
Must be a good team player and should have good written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
