As a fulfillment center manager at BlobCity, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operations of our fulfillment center. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is well-versed in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and shipping systems such as Shiprocket, and has exceptional English and Hindi proficiency both spoken and written, and proficient in MS-Excel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the fulfillment center to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order processing
2. Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock
3. Implement and maintain ERP systems to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance
4. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance in all fulfillment processes
5. Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment center staff to achieve performance targets and goals
6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction
