1. Walk-in management & counseling: Understand their interests, goals, and motivations for pursuing music education. Then explain to prospective learners/parents the available courses, programs, and career opportunities in the music industry
2. Assisting with enrolments: Assist learners with the enrolment process, available options, completing applications, and registering for courses
3. Maintaining records & follow-up: Maintain accurate records of all walk-ins, calls inquiry management & leads nurturing through CRM Software. Build trust & communicate regularly with them about their progress & concerns
4. Marketing and outreach: Come up with innovative ways of marketing and outreach efforts to attract prospective students and generate admissions
5. Working with faculty: Work collaboratively with faculty and support staff to ensure that the center runs smoothly and effectively & ensure the overall quality of the education the students receive is excellent
6. Operations: Maintain attendance of teachers & students, allocate batches, maintain academy stock record, and handle queries over the telephone
