Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, welcoming guests and providing administrative support across the company.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred, minimum of 1 year required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with visitors and staff members.
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).

Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist in the management of office supplies and maintaining an organized and presentable reception area.
Handle minor updates to the company's website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Provide basic administrative support to various departments as needed.
Coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the office and execution of daily tasks.
Support HR with scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings by scheduling, setting up conference rooms, and arranging catering services.
Earn certifications in these skills
