Front Desk Executive - Shemrock- Mayur Vihar, Delhi
Key responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome parents/enquiries
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
3. Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
6. Update calendars and schedule meetings
7. Call prospective parents, handle all their queries related to the school, and convert them to admission
8. Maintain regular communication with parents and colleagues and coordinate admission activities
