As a visual designer within our marketing team, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and produce various marketing materials including but not limited to digital advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, infographics, presentation decks, and website assets
2. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our products/services
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and technology to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets
5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality designs within established timelines
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our marketing initiatives
7. Support the creation of multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive graphics to enhance user engagement and storytelling
8. Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and videos for social media posts, stories, ads, and other promotional materials
1. Proven experience as a visual designer with a minimum of 0-1 years in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
2. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling assets
5. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
6. Self-motivated with a passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social media copy
