The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of user research methodologies, be adept at CRM design, email marketing design, and chatbot interfaces, and demonstrate a high level of autonomy and motivation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Independently conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and needs across different digital channels
2. Design intuitive and user-friendly CRM interfaces, email marketing templates, and chatbot interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
3. Work autonomously to translate project requirements and business objectives into detailed UX designs, incorporating features and functionality that align with user expectations
4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively
5. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience is meticulously designed and thoughtfully executed
6. Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into the overall development process, providing guidance and support as needed
7. Demonstrate a long-term commitment and passion for UX design, willing to work long hours and continually strive for excellence in every aspect of the design process
1. Bachelors degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related field
2. Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing CRM design, email marketing design, and chatbot 4 interfaces
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
4. Proficiency in Excel
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex design challenges
6. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences
