Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls to develop new business
2. Research, track, maintain and update leads
3. Contact prospects to qualify leads
4. Research and maintain a lead generation database
5. Provide accurate and timely information to management
6. Develop a strong knowledge of the company s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
7. Ensure strong follow-ups: Has to be a strong follower to generate demos

Specific skills:

1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
2. Ability to do cold calling for sales
3. Research and maintaining databases
4. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
