We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The Tele Sales Representative will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and maintain customer records.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
5. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
6. Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
7. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
8. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings
Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication
Qualifications:
HSC or graduates
Experience: 0 to 6 months
Job location: Malad/Virar

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
