About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
7. Update and manage customer information in the company's CRM system.
8. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Lead Generation MS-Excel

Other requirements

1. Good written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write a basic email

2. Immediate joiners would be given priority

3. Candidate must stay nearby (His/Her traveling time to the office shouldn’t be more than 60 mins)

4. If the candidate requires leave for exams we can give leave for 10 days including exam days.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
