Key Responsibilities:

a. Conduct Outbound Calls:
1. Reach out to customers via telephone to collect feedback on their recent interactions with our company.

b. Feedback Collection:
1. Utilize structured questionnaires or scripts to obtain relevant customer opinions and experiences.
2. Ensure feedback is gathered in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.

c. Record Keeping:
1. Maintain detailed records of customer feedback and interactions.
2. Update and manage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

d. Customer Interaction:
1. Handle calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or queries from customers.
2. Provide a positive experience during the call, even if the feedback is negative.

e. Quality Assurance:
1. Adhere to company standards and protocols for outbound calling and feedback collection.
2. Continuously improve communication techniques and feedback collection methods.

f. Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies during calls.
2. Respect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to handle calls professionally and manage customer concerns effectively.
Proficiency in data entry.
