Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for a full-time position based in Delhi/Gurgaon. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers who are eager to start their careers in customer service and sales. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, addressing inquiries, and promoting company services.

Qualifications and Skills

Solid sales skills with the ability to persuade potential clients about the benefits of services offered.

Experience or aptitude in sales to engage clients professionally and close leads effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to predefined lists of potential clients to promote and sell company services.
Receive inbound calls and provide consistent response to client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain thorough and accurate client records, updating information obtained from calls.
Collect and compile customer feedback to help improve the quality and effectiveness of service delivery.
Propose and recommend company services tailored to meet client needs, increasing conversion rates.
Meet individual sales targets as set by the organization by effectively managing call volumes and quality.
Collaborate with team members to optimize calling techniques and sales strategies.
Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to continuously improve skills and service levels.
