Aryan Container Service is seeking a motivated telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients regarding pending payments, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your communication skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable and supporting our commitment to excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Client communication: Initiate calls to clients to remind them of pending payments, providing clear information about their outstanding balances and due dates.
2. Follow-up and resolution: Effectively follow up with clients who have overdue accounts, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and negotiating payment arrangements as necessary.
3. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment agreements, and client interactions in the database to ensure up-to-date information for reporting and future reference.
