Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact sales officers across branches in pan India via telephone calls to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
2. Identify sales officers who are at zero logins and zero disbursements and communicate effectively with them.
3. Clearly explain the value proposition and benefits of Hinduja Housing Finance products and services to sales officers.
4. Provide necessary information, answer questions, and address concerns raised by sales officers.
5. Collaborate with sales officers to understand their challenges and provide suitable solutions to increase their productivity.
6. Update the sales officer database with accurate and relevant information obtained during conversations.
7. Achieve daily and monthly targets for the number of calls made, successful conversations held, and leads generated.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct while representing Hinduja Housing Finance.
9. Keep accurate records of all telephonic interactions and report on progress and results to the reporting manager.
10. Stay updated with the latest product features, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate with sales officers.
