1. A Graduation degree or complete graduation by May 2024
2. Commitment to the program full-time for 2 years
3. Commitment to move to a tier 2/tier 3 cities for one year (out of two) during the fellowship
4. Basic knowledge, skills, and/or experience in one of the following areas: football or other sports, music or Arts/design/engineering/Do-it-Yourself activities
5. An interest in working with children will be an advantage
