A junior system administrator is responsible for user support, system maintenance,
and user account management. They play a crucial role in ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems, including backup and recovery processes. Collaboration with IT teams, effective communication, and adherence to documentation and compliance are essential aspects of the role. Junior system administrators also contribute to hardware and software assistance, monitoring system performance, and providing excellent customer service to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and troubleshooting the network, including installing new equipment and updating software packages.
2. Able to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure tools including
wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
3. Apply patches and updates to operating systems and software. Ensure systems are up to date with the latest security patches.
4. Able to build detailed network diagrams and documents for network communication systems design and planning.
5. Able to perform Network performance monitoring to decide whether any changes are required. Especially Lan Activities.

Educational Qualifications: Degree Or Diploma
Professional Experience: Min 1 to Max 2 Years
