2. Develop and implement personalized action plans for students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals
3. Conduct group counseling sessions to address common issues and promote a supportive community among students
4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create a holistic support system for students
5. Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress
7. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to contribute to the overall growth and success of the counseling program at Touchwood company
