Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with suppliers to identify and evaluate potential sources for materials and products
2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products
5. Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and vendor performance metrics
6. Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or diploma degree from any fashion institute
2. Entry-level experience in sourcing, procurement, or related roles
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
