Social Media Support Specialist Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, that showcases the work that Manzil is doing.
2. Crafting and posting three weekly and twelve monthly engaging content pieces across various social media platforms.
3. Share day-to-day activity updates on stories.
4. Ensure that content aligns with the organisation's objectives and resonates with the target audience.
5. Follow the content review process with the Team Lead.
6. Conduct weekly Social Media meetings with the respective Social Media team for updates, content writing, and calendar adjustments.
7. Collaborate with teachers, students, and team members to gather and curate content ideas.
8. Maintain a cohesive and consistent content calendar.
9. Compile monthly and quarterly social media reports.
10. Monthly social media performance report presentation in Team meeting and Quarterly report with the co-founder.
11. Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
