We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
2. Create compelling content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that resonates with target audiences and promotes brand messaging.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, responding promptly to foster community engagement.
4. Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports, adjusting strategies based on insights.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to create cohesive campaigns.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms.
7. Conduct research on competitors and audience preferences to refine content strategies.
8. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2) Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
3) Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
4) Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
5) Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
6) Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
7) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
