1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ORCA Healthcare products
2. Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients
3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
5. Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote ORCA Healthcare products
