Senior Recruitment Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate IT products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements and providing solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about IT products and services.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
