Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls: Professionally answer incoming calls, providing a positive and informative customer experience
2. Qualify potential customers: Ask insightful questions to understand the caller's needs and determine if our solutions are a good fit
3. Domain expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions
4. Sales conversions: Guide interested callers through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns to close deals
5. Customer service: Provide exceptional support by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
6. CRM management: Accurately record call details and customer interactions in our CRM system
7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to optimize the customer journey
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent
2. 0-2 years of previous sales experience
3. Experience with CRM systems
Other requirements:

2. Experience and love for cricket will be a plus

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
