Training Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct approximately 100 telephone interviews daily with potential candidates
2. Seek joining documents from the shortlisted candidates
3. Facilitate induction sessions (twice a week) for batches of around 15 candidates each
4. Provide support to the sales team as needed
5. Take regular sessions of product knowledge and refreshment with old and new joiners
6. Develop and maintain strong rapport with the team

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Should be a graduate or above
2. Students or anyone pursuing studies are not eligible
3. Flawless in oral as well as written English communication
4. Comfortable with remote work arrangements
5. Possesses a laptop with a stable internet connection
6. Should be able to demonstrate hardworking, passionate, and a taskmaster individual
7. Capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively
8. Available during office hours from 9:30am to 7:30pm (Mon to Sat)

Note:

1. Sunday fixed off
2. Salary: 10,000 INR per month
