We are seeking a dynamic and motivated pre-sales consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology and a talent for demonstrating the value of our solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for conducting product demos, addressing client queries, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct product demos: Perform live product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our ed-tech solutions.
2. Support sales team: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and assist in closing sales.
3. Feedback collection: Gather feedback from demos and relay it to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records of demo sessions and client interactions.
Compensation:
1. 8k + incentives (10 AM- 7 PM) day shift.
2. 12K + Incentive (9 PM - 6 AM) night shift.
1. Educational background: A bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a pre-sales, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
3. Technical skills: Proficiency in using ed-tech solutions and software platforms. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new technologies.
4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
6. Organizational skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple demo sessions and follow-ups efficiently.
7. Candidates applying for day shift must know Hindi and English fluently.
8. Candidates applying for night shift should speak English fluently.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
