Project Coordinator Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Project planning and scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks

2. Communication and coordination:
Act as a liaison between different teams, including development, testing, and client services
Facilitate effective communication within the project team and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project update

3. Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Ensure all project-related documents are organized, accessible, and up-to-date

4. Risk management:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and objectives
Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

5. Quality assurance: Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications

6. Resource management:
Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure that project tasks are assigned efficiently
Monitor resource availability and escalate any concerns regarding resource constraints

7. Client interaction:
Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions
