1. A bachelors degree in electronics & communications or a related field is mandatory.
2. 0-1 year of experience in a technical support role, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting software and operating system issues
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
6. Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies
7. A passion for continuous learning and professional development
