Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Through market research and various channels such as social media, industry events, and online platforms to generate leads.
2. Client Interaction: Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their HRMS needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
3. Follow-up and Conversion: Implement a structured follow-up, address client queries and concerns, provide relevant information and solutions, and try to convert leads into successful deals.
4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
5. Ready to visit client location for demo.

6. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,50,000 /year
