As a Human Resources Associate at Futures Next, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Assisting with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries and facilitating communication between employees and management.
Coordinating employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
