Operations Analyst Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Process customer requests promptly and accurately.
2. Communicate with customers through written and oral correspondence.
3. Provide follow-up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved.
4. Build relationships with staff from other departments to ensure timely query responses.
5. Work with the manager to set daily priorities for prompt and efficient service.
6. Maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, demanding team environment.
7. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
8. Actively participate in departmental team meetings and other open forums.
9. Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
10. Solicit and compile information and data related to processing activities.
11. Work with mainframe applications.
12. Maintain process checklists and calendars.
13. Meet and exceed defined service level metrics on timeliness, productivity, and accuracy.
