Microsoft Support Engineer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Support:
Aid clients facing challenges with Microsoft 365 applications and services, and resolve issues related to Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and other M365 components.
2. Technical Assistance:
Support in configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 accounts, and collaborate with the vendor team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges promptly.
3. Training & Documentation:
Develop user guides and documentation tailored for clients on common M365 issues and solutions, and assist in creating training materials for end-users specific to the market.
4. Communication:
Respond to user queries and issues through email, chat, or ticketing systems, and effectively communicate with clients and vendor teams to provide timely support.
5. Remote Collaboration:
Collaborate with remote team members using virtual collaboration tools, and participate in virtual meetings and training sessions aligned with EMEA time zones.
