Learning And Development Associate- Data Science Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in researching and gathering relevant industry trends in the fields of software engineering, IT, Data Science, and Digital Transformation.
2. Help with developing content, learning materials, and assessments related to technology roles.
3. Work closely with senior team members to support the delivery of L&D programs.
4. Help manage logistics for online/offline sessions, including scheduling and coordinating with trainers.
5. Participate in discussions to understand client needs and contribute ideas for bespoke program designs.
6. Assist in preparing proposals and reports for client presentations.
7. Helped design course outlines and ensured materials were updated on AntWalk's learning platform.
8. Work with subject matter experts to align training programs with industry demands.
9. Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of program objectives.
10. Assist in tracking progress, feedback, and overall program effectiveness.
