Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and updating data and documentation in MS Excel, MS Office, and other software
2. Generating reports and presentations using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
3. Assisting senior members of the team in day-to-day operations activities
4. Helping to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
5. Ensuring quality and accuracy of data, reports, and documents
6. Assisting in getting tasks assigned to other teams completed in a timely manner
7. Addressing customer concerns and resolving customer issues
