Graphic Designer & Video Editor Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Visual Content Creation: Design and edit high-quality posters, flyers, thumbnails, banners, and video content using Photoshop (PS), Canva, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
2. Social Media Content Management: Assist in scheduling and managing both graphic and video content across social media platforms to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
3. Trend Research & Implementation: Stay updated on emerging design and video editing trends from sources like Pinterest and other platforms, integrating fresh, innovative ideas into projects.
4. Brand Consistency & Identity: Ensure all visual assets align with the company's branding, maintaining a cohesive and professional aesthetic.
5. Editing Planning & Storytelling: Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize, script, and visualize engaging video edits and graphic designs that enhance storytelling.
6. Sound Design & Enhancement: Integrate and refine sound elements, including effects, background music, and voiceovers, to create polished video content.
7. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, content creators, and media teams in a collaborative environment to produce high-quality visual assets.
8. Technical Optimization: Ensure all graphics and videos are optimized for various digital platforms, adjusting formats, resolutions, and compression settings as needed.
9. Creative Ideation & Experimentation: Contribute fresh ideas for design and video projects, experimenting with new editing styles, effects, and techniques to boost audience engagement.
10. File Organization & Workflow Efficiency: Maintain structured file management for both design and video projects, ensuring easy access and seamless workflow.
11. Feedback & Iteration: Adapt and refine designs and videos based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to continually enhance creative output.
