Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain robust web applications utilizing the MERN stack architecture
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to conceptualize, define, and implement new features
3. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications
4. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within existing applications, ensuring seamless functionality
5. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers to uphold code quality standards

Other requirements

Demonstrable experience working with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to tackle complex technical -challenges

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 4 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
