2. Work on staying updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology and React Native framework to ensure the team's skills are current
3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines
4. Plan, organize, and prioritize development tasks to meet project goals and deadlines
5. Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts using platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others
6. Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain applications
7. Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms
8. Optimize application performance and maintain code quality
9. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices
10. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
11. Implement testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and robustness of blockchain and mobile applications
12. Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise

Requirements:
1. 0-2years of strong experience in full-stack development (React Native and Blockchain)
2. Experience building scalable, secure, and reliable blockchain-based applications
3. Ability to design and implement smart contracts and web3.js functionalities
4. Expertise in Node.js, web services and API development for mobile applications
5. Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and RxJS
6. Experience with software development best practices, including writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
7. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
