The sales executive is responsible for driving sales and building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. The role requires proactive identification of business opportunities, presenting products/services, and closing sales deals. The sales executive will work with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and other methods.
2. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies and tactics to increase revenue.
4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
6. Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet them.
