We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce team as a Data-Driven Advertising & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will manage day-to-day advertising operations on Amazon and Facebook, while leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns and drive marketing success. Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Analysis:
- Download, clean, and organize data from Amazon advertising and sales platforms.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
2. Campaign Operations:
- Monitor daily ad performance, including identifying underperforming ads and recommending adjustments.
- Execute the process of taking down underperforming ads and launching new campaigns based on performance data.
3. Marketing & Creative Coordination:
- Collaborate with UGC creators and the internal creative team to develop engaging ad visuals and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate the scheduling and posting of creative content on Facebook and other social platforms to support advertising goals.
4. Data-Driven Marketing:
- Use data insights to drive decisions on ad placements, campaign strategies, and marketing messaging.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights to the broader team.
5. Technical & Process Improvement:
- Assist in exploring automation opportunities (e.g., basic Python scripts) for data collection, analysis, and campaign management.
- (Bonus) Work with API integrations, particularly with Facebook, to streamline ad operations and reporting.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or advertising operations (internship experience is acceptable).
3. Demonstrated capability to work with data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
4. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital advertising channels.
5. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, or Brand Analytics.
2. Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or similar social media advertising tools.
3. Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
4. Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
5. Understanding of API integrations, especially related to Facebook Marketing API.
6. Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing campaign optimization techniques.
