We're looking to hire a customer success manager to enable customer success and maintain lasting relationships. This is a customer-facing role and requires working during the night shift to cater to our global user base.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new users to familiarize them with product features and functionalities
2. Proactively engage with users to understand their goals and challenges and provide guidance on utilizing the platform effectively
3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and potentially phone
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with our technical teams to provide timely resolutions
5. Develop a deep understanding of products and services to accurately address user inquiries and provide value-added solutions

2. Candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills
