Role Overview
In this dual role, you'll be responsible for managing efficient service delivery while providing top-notch customer support. You'll act as a bridge between our services and customers, ensuring timely resolutions, smooth operations, and exceptional experiences that reflect our values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery Management:
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to ensure timely and quality execution.
Monitor service schedules, address delays, and troubleshoot operational issues.

2. Customer Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.

3. Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Provide feedback to enhance processes and identify areas for improvement.

4. Reporting & Analysis:
Track service performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate reports for management on service outcomes and customer satisfaction.
