About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. At Tiggle, the customer journey is broken into three parts - Pre-sales, Adoption, and Reorder. The customer delight manager is integral in helping our customers through all three phases of their journey.
2. The CDE works closely with the customers to help them order, solve their pre-order queries, track their order if customers face difficulties, and assist them in having the finest chocolate drinks experience at home, from the comfort of their pajamas.
3. Customers are often looking for a fast reply when they send their queries or concerns, so CDE has to provide them with solutions on time. You have to ensure TAT maintenance. If their experience on email/DM or WhatsApp is not pleasant, no matter how much they love the product, they will think twice before reordering.

As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, our customers need our help with their pre-order queries, preparation of their toggle drinks, and post-sales journey. Therefore, we are hiring a customer delight executive (CDE) to better help customers, we also call our customers Tigglers .
We aim to give a 10/10 experience to our customers. We are hunting for ninjas who can conversate with Tiggle customers, solve their problems and queries in DMs, emails, comments, and Whatsapp messages, and most importantly, build a supreme connection with them. We aim to turn our customers into the biggest cheerleaders by providing them finest customer experience.

Other requirements

1. You have a minimum of 6-10 months of experience in customer experience, service, or delight and you are excited to learn and grow in this space.

2. If you are someone who feels relief after helping someone, we might be a great match. 🧡

3. You are familiar with the tools/apps - Instagram, Gmail, DelightChat, terminology, and best practices required in managing customer challenges to resolution.

4. Bonus if you have exposure to setting up live assistant, Instagram and Whatsapp automation, and customer journey flows.

5. The ability to write and speak clearly is essential. Were not looking for copywriters, but good writing, grammar, and speaking skills are a must.
