Business Development Specialist Fresher Job (Remote)

As a Business Development Specialist at Suflex Media, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You'll be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to contribute to our company's growth. The first three months of this position will be remote, providing flexibility and convenience. After this initial period, we'd like you to join us in either Kolkata or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our services.
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
4. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas to contribute to our revenue growth objectives.
5. Conduct research on accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our offerings.
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Conduct effective online demos to showcase the value of our services to potential customers.

Requirements:

1. Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota.
2. Strong phone presence and expertise in dialing dozens of calls per day.
3. Flexibility to work in different shifts/regions, including the night shift, is mandatory.
4. Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong listening and presentation skills.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
