Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and
supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization s objectives and increase sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum
2. Create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential
3. Identify the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members
4. Oversee the sales squad initiatives to reach objectives and generate realistic, consistent outcomes
5. Develop the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling.
6. Guide sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous
2. Experience in sales is necessary
3. Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
5. Strong leadership abilities
6. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
