About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage communication with prospective leads.
2. Maintain relationships with prospective students.
3. Work as the first point of contact for them and ensure a prompt response.
4. Serve as the point of communication between the leads and the internal team.
5. Convert the database into potential customers of the company by making them register for the free trial class and fill out the pre-form.
6. Maintain communication with potential leads and generate awareness about products and services offered by Contour Education.
7. Ask questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Work days and timings:

- 6 days a week
- One weekday off (weekends working)
- 4 pm to 11 pm

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹33,333 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
