Business Development Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Agent identification & onboarding: Identify potential agents who can represent our platform and onboard them to the Daltin AI Portal.
2. Portal & product training: Provide comprehensive training to agents on how to use the Daltin AI Portal and educate them about our products and services.
3. Weekly reporting: Submit detailed weekly reports outlining activities, agent performance, and new business developments.
4. Daily agent meetings: Conduct a minimum of 5 meetings with agents daily to ensure they are aligned with our goals and understand the benefits of our platform.
5. Business development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding our agent network.
6. Social media management: Post daily updates on social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, to promote our portal and engage with the target audience.
7. Market research: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and strategies to ensure our portal remains competitive and attractive to agents.
8. Target achievement: This is a target-based role where specific targets will be assigned after the completion of training.
9. Student enrollments: Earn high incentives for successful student enrollments driven through your efforts.
