We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an 'Audio Annotator'. This role involves carefully listening to and transcribing audio recordings to help improve voice recognition models.
Key responsibilities:
1. Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe conversations.
2. Identify and mark speaker regions (person 1 vs. person 2).
3. Apply proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar rules to transcriptions.
4. Tag non-speech sounds and other audio events.
5. Ensure transcriptions adhere to specific annotation guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education: 12th pass, bachelor's degree, or diploma.
2. Strong proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
3. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
5. Familiarity with basic audio transcription concepts.
6. Strong time management skills.
7. A reliable computer with a high-speed internet connection.
8. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Previous experience in transcription or data annotation.
2. Knowledge of linguistics or phonetics.
3. Familiarity with audio operations.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,50,000 /year
