Role Overview
As an 'Affiliate Marketing Executive', you will focus on managing and growing our affiliate network, generating traffic and leads, and ensuring the success of affiliate campaigns. You'll work closely with partners, analyze performance, and implement strategies to maximize clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Recruitment & Management:
Identify and onboard new affiliates and partners to promote our offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.

2. Campaign Coordination:
Develop and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Provide affiliates with the necessary marketing tools, materials, and support.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor affiliate performance metrics (clicks, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

3. Strategic Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
Explore new channels and ideas to expand the affiliate program.
